need a laundry room for guest

this non-smoking room had a very strong smokers smell

didnt eat breakfast

the wifi in our rokm didnt work at all and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

room had roach bug and not just a few i found a couple in the dirty laundry i brought home

so called laundry was a washer and dryer outside at the end of the building

only thing i could say, was that the laundry area being outside was inconvenient so i didn't use

you advertise a hotel as pet friendly you are obligated to post if the charge and what they charge

was no breakfast as mentioned when we booked and it also did not mention there was a pet fee so i ended up having

clean. had laundry on site.

beds were dirty, had human hair and pet hair visible on all of the bedding

centipedes in the bathroom, tub would not drain, shower handle was about to fall off and the laundry area was

hard to get use of the laundry room

the laundry room for customers was small & to dry your clothes was a little expensive

had no first floor rooms for pet a little further off main expressway, i-75 than expected

was especially nice having laundry access

all the employees were super nice. the breakfast was great

is a liquor store in the parking lot with people wondering around and hanging out on the balcony

just happened then they laugh and the guy comes out he s rude as can be and keeps saying no smoking when i

spiderwebs all over the room, could smell mold/water damage, there were meth heads in the parking lot spray

needs a better way to get in and better parking lot.

thrilled with the view of two parking lots and the back of a restaurant but guess you can't have everything

we didn't use the pool on this trip, but it looked so inviting and well-maintained

stay there everytime i am in cleveland, the room has always been very clean convenient parking, friendly staff

having a convenient grass location dedicated for pets to go to the bathroom would help.

rooms have a small kitchenette in them making it perfect for extended stays

the sink in the kitchen would spray everywhere as well

we did eat at the hotel restaurant, and it exceeded my expectations for breakfast for sure
