pool was cold!!!

i had drove almost 4 hours with kids i was irritated and not exactly pleasant

i thought there could be some more choices for breakfast and more fruit.

we had to go downstairs and use the bathroom by the gym throughout our entire visit

sheets were super soft. breakfast food was tasty

i didn’t use the pool or gym or laundry, but they looked well-maintained and are nice features to have available

large rooms. good breakfast. allowed early check in which helped a lot.

the bathroom was very large and a late check out was accommodated.

bed was to cold and bed was hard the view sucked had to pay for wifi and coffee

there was a night club directly below us, the gym was right beside us

a great bed, comfortable pillows, semi-decent breakfast included

wifi didn't work the whole time i was there

we didn’t let the kids get back in when they wanted to go to the pool again

didn’t like that the front desk lady was really rude also the breakfast lady was really rude as well to everyone

would not let me get a new room tv was not working at first and i had to pay an extra $50 for a late check out even though i’m a member how insane is

very accommodating! my flight was at 6pm and they agreed late check out at 4pm

furnishings are polished, carpeting kept clean and fresh, access to toiletries, ice, laundry, microwave and fridge was right at my fingertips

pool and included breakfast were both wonderful

the pool was quite cold and the doors to the outside near the pool were open letting additional cold

beautiful room and bathroom, good breakfast variety, excellent coffee available at all times.

bit pricey for a one night stay but the check in person let us have a late check out so that we were able to do the cave of winds in the morning before we left

there are no restaurants in this hotel, though it provides more than enough kitchen facilities to fend for oneself
