the highlight was the hydro pool with stunning views of the beachud83dude0d our room was in the new wing of the hotel and was

the noise from the laundry was consistent and very annoying, the towel rail wall brackets were loose and one of the

wifi kept dropping out

when we arrived we asked if it was possible for a late check out and after checking they said it should be fine and that although they where fully

bed, food, staff and breakfast lovely too. great place

lovely room with sea view, friendly staff and excellent breakfast and evening meal.

and facing main road house wasn't that bad considering room was fine bathroom on small side breakfast was good plenty of

good breakfast

it was immaculately clean, cosy with lots of touches that really made a difference, especially after an 11 hour

best hotel we've been to in a long time & will definitely be rebooking to come back with the kids during summer holidays

great for people travelling without kids

a workman was working on door when i turned up and was back when i was leaving if i never had kids with me i would not have stayed i would have went 2 another place or came home u had 2 sit on

we are booking again but with kids aswell, so really looking forward to another stay real soon thank you

deal includes dbb with a late check out so even though we don t live far away we stay here for peace and a catch up

i can understand a charge for late check out but there will be bedrooms cleaned and ready by 1230

especially the wee guy behind the bar and the lovely wee woman who served me my breakfast

loved the friendly bar and the black watch plaid carpet

were staying as we had a function at 1pm, we requested early check in and was advised they would ask the housekeeper to have our room ready and they did,

we thought we had a good start when they allowed us a very early check in, because we were absolutely soaked, but it went downhill from there

hotel accommodated every request, including a late check out

they let us have a late check out which we really appreciated

spa was lovely food and drinks where great and the room was spotless

room, one of the most comfortable beds i ve slept in, able to use the spa/gym facilities and sunday roast was great value for money

able to have an evening meal on our lat night, food in bar stopped at 5pm - not communicated, room service stopped at 9pm - not communicated

asked for a late check out and was offered without an issue

really enjoyed relaxing in the lounge bar with a drink, and that sea view again

have been good if there was evening entertainment in the bar for the valentines weekend but there does seem to be a lot of great upcoming

the bar in the hotel is mostly young people who are trying their best to serve people

fantastic hotel and met all our needs, fantastic staff who were very helpful, excellent choice of breakfast

staff and the food we received for room service on the evening of our stay was excellent, the room was large and very clean

car parking free also good , the staff very helpful no problem when we requested a late check out all in all enjoyable stay and would recommend

helpful early check in as we were going to the horse racing which started earlier than originally

pleasant, helpful staff especially at early check in

could hear the live music from neighbouring bar and the bottle bins getting filled once pub closed

interesting association and history with golf

they gave us a free late check out to allow us time to gather our things before heading home

i found out on this trip that i could do laundry which was a big bonus
