it s quiet and comfort beds (for us and for kids) (+) breakfast starts early in the morning so we could grab coffee and some snacks for the kids (unlike north-american places that start at 7am) we also like that you can arrange airport (-) considering we had 2 small kids and we feeling like we are already running 40 minutes later than planned time, it added some (+) but we had a very early start so couldn't make the most of it as i wasn't that hungry but the kids really enjoyed it (+)lovely family room with kids toys there, lovely touch! (-)had very noisy neighbours above us perhaps kids running around so would prob not suggest ground floor if you don t want to be (-)old and bad beddings specially for kids bunk bed

used the 10 offer to get late check out at 2pm which suited me well for my evening flight

to have the bar open 24 hrs so when we arrived late there was a place to relax

the terrace overlooking the golf course was gorgeous and we even saw many of the herds of deer that come out at sunset

guesthouse is well situated & has free guest parking which is a must for me & for my elderly mum
