offered late check out, because i arrived so late

he let us have a late check out so my toddler could take a nap

iron, no workout facilities, no pool, no closet, no lotion provided

i was traveling with my husband and my 3 kids, we called the hotel dozens of times, knocked on the door, rang the doorbell

modern bathroom, kitchen though no cups or cutlery but stove, full size fridge and freezer, microwave, sink, some

i asked for late check out and he said no problem

pool and restaurant closed due to covid regulations

room service was terrible

the fitness area, pool and breakfast area were clean and well run

outdoor places to relax at night would be nice, even a firepit for kids to roast marshmallows

i loved all of it but i needed a late check out due to an emergency and they wouldt help me

was not enough parking one evening due to community people parking in hotel spots

there is just enough parking and we didn't have any problems with this going in and out

seat was broken 2-light over the coffee bar in our room was out 3-sheets & pillow cases were clean but the pillows had a smell of sweat on
