vouchers for outside gym but not enough time to travel, work out, travel back to

gym was clean, room was clean, overall the hotel was really nice, parking was also

great breakfast...great service at the bar as well

i loved all of it but i needed a late check out due to an emergency and they wouldt help me

the laundry room sucked and finding hair in the bath tub otherwise it was good.

i did not use the pool but it looked clean and well attended

didn't get to try the pool or gym but will stay here again my next time in ventura

i asked for late check out and he said no problem

whirlpool/jets were not working in the spa.

spa was closed for renovation

wifi never did work; i notified front desk and no help.

room service was terrible

had to request a late check out due to car trouble and towing, etc

location and i was able to have late check out

only that the pool was not available.

pool was nice, and it wasn't so busy. breakfast was in and out.

family especially enjoyed the pool and spa

offered late check out, because i arrived so late

he let us have a late check out so my toddler could take a nap

full kitchen with very nice stove and full refrigerator

room was fantastic, we got upgraded to a kitchen suite which was a very pleasant surprise

we got upgraded to a bigger room with a new kitchen and new bathroom

i ask a extra 2towel cause i have 2kids with me i already told her i have kids with me to the cleaning lady on the hallway she told me

their was three roaches i killed in unit 143.. laundry room could use some touchups
