i loved the late check out as it was on a sunday and that is the only day i get to sleep in

my son won his tournament and we had to stay later than expected

we stay at country suites alot. the only thing that we liked was the late check out and pool.

i booked a late check out, and was repeatedly asked by staff when i would be checking out

gym facilities were pretty nice for a hotel as well as loved the indoor heated spa and pool of which we used quite a bit

the pool and spa area was my main concern

also the hotel was clean and to top it off it offers an immense amount of amenities including a pool, hot tub, numerous restaurants and free parking

the front desk person let me have a late check out cause i had a five hour drive after working my shift

we did not check out the extra amenities (pool, gym, etc

great rooms, service, staff, breakfast, shuttle service and pool.

did not use the outside pool, but it appeared small and uninviting

the staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate an early check in

we requested late check out and the lady at the desk was very helpful with that

in really late due to a late flight

my husband told her we scheduled a late check out and she didn't seem too happy about it

i had 4 kids that didn't want to go take a bath because the bathroom was freezing

were attending a funeral and requested an early check in and a late check out the staff could not have been more accommodating

we were in town for a cheerleading competition at the convention center, our kids did not compete until very late the evening we were checking out and the hotel was so generous

very clean room. staff was very friendly and helpful. love the shuttle to the casino.

did not like the restaurant in the hotel or the fact that the only bar was inside the independently run restaurant

was so nice, the shower was hot and the pressure was decent, everything was clean, having a whole kitchen was great

location, the kitchen and a decent view. the staff i cannot say enough about them!!

my sister and i could cook meals in a well stocked kitchen instead of needing to go to restaurants (we'd been traveling for awhile)

coffee offerings in room were great, they offered laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dishes

this time i asked for early check in and late check out

only issue i encountered was connecting to wifi.

was okay, gym worked well, parking valet was nice, the team was great and it was right down town

monday leaving i put in for late check out at four

my purse and bags out the room instead of charging me $20 but i'm a member and requested for a late check out and 2 females came in my room fought me and my babe police came pressing charges and

thru the walls rooms, pet friendly for no extra fees; laundry facilities on site; free extended late check out up til 2 hrs later if needed
