i loved the late check out as it was on a sunday and that is the only day i get to sleep in

my son won his tournament and we had to stay later than expected

there are some nice, helpful staff and i appreciated how pet friendly the hotel was

the gym felt a bit cramped and claustrophobic

found stuff under the fold out couch along with stains all over both sides-none of my kids wanted to sleep on it which i don't blame them

my husband told her we scheduled a late check out and she didn't seem too happy about it

also allowed us late check out for free

to downtown or the south hills, nice outdoor pool, really friendly sunday evening host, great breakfast, well lit parking, great room air conditioning, plenty of hot

fitness center could have been a little more up to date but happy it was there

so greatful they let us check in early and allowed for a late check out

this was the end of our trip and being able to do laundry on site was really handy

also they gave me a late check out at 1 pm which is almost unheard of for hotels

my purse and bags out the room instead of charging me $20 but i'm a member and requested for a late check out and 2 females came in my room fought me and my babe police came pressing charges and

thru the walls rooms, pet friendly for no extra fees; laundry facilities on site; free extended late check out up til 2 hrs later if needed

monday leaving i put in for late check out at four

i asked for a late check out and they accommodated me without any up charge and were so nice about it

she made sure we got everything we needed, including a bath tub, snacks, and the shuttle for our early flight

waited an hour for the airport shuttle back to the motel to retrieve our car after our flight

pool and gym the staff were nice and very plesant overall i had a nice

used shuttle service to airport. only $5 a day to park at hotel.

was broke which was devastating for my kids who we planned on using

really liked the facility and kitchen area in the suite

pool not open!!! very disappointing.

sadly i slept in too late for breakfast and never had time to get in the pool

machine on my floor was broken, they did not have a lot of tv channels, you have to pay to watch kids channels

kids running up and down the hallway at 10pm

we were in town for a cheerleading competition at the convention center, our kids did not compete until very late the evening we were checking out and the hotel was so generous

coffee offerings in room were great, they offered laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dishes

the kitchen pans and some cutlery were left dirty

we had no light bulbs in our kitchen area

the stunnning lobby, the huge ballroom, and the tall, spacious rooms with huge windows and full kitchen, it was perfect for us

were attending a funeral and requested an early check in and a late check out the staff could not have been more accommodating

breakfast is great and the staff was exceptional

fire pit outside with chairs, the breakfast with inlet bar is great

room was right above the pool so if there’s a bunch of kids splashing around and hollering you could hear it but honestly

know that covid 19 has put a damper on alot of stuff but the breakfast down right was lousy minus 10 no flavor to the egg

i was in town for a race and were very amendable to late check out
