the staff was wonderful, patient & kind - explaining how the process works & then offering a late check out

we’re going to give my kids two plastic cups no lids to ride to the 18th and 21st floor

my sister and i could cook meals in a well stocked kitchen instead of needing to go to restaurants (we'd been traveling for awhile)

the stunnning lobby, the huge ballroom, and the tall, spacious rooms with huge windows and full kitchen, it was perfect for us

the friendly staff. very helpful with late check out.

but to be better than other hotels, i would recommend the hotel to have a diverse menu for breakfast

there appears to be a laundry room right in the front and there were dirty cloths every where

by the time we got up it was too late for breakfast i like the location of the property

the lobby was dirty, trash was laying on the lobby floor and floor of the laundry room
