was well decorated, staff was very accomidating with early check in and late check out

no elevators and parking was sparse

i was pleasantly surprised the breakfast bar was open at 4 am before i had to leave for my flight

they also have an airport shuttle and offer long term parking

close to airport, breakfast started 4:00am

and also i asked late check out because of my flight and they gave 1 hr more to check out at noon instead of11 am

for drinks and snacks for the kids both days and felt like i had to keep bothering them about it

we came as a large group with over 20 adults and over 20 kids

i really appreciate the staff and the process for getting an early/late check out was easy

we were able to get a late check out and to top it off an actual hot breakfast of pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy

she s from texas (not houston) lol and she suggested i go to the bar for the chicken sandwich and yes she was right (-)only thing 2 things i didn t like was the bar hours (-) also, ordering food from the lobby bar was a bit clunky (+) i also really enjoy the bar and restaurant (+) the bar is great (+)the lobby bar was nice and swanky and had good food and drinks (+) good affordable food and drink at the bar where you can enjoy the friendly atmosphere

room service was delivered on time and temperature was really good

it also has the best, well-equipped gym i have ever seen at a hotel
