the staff worked with us by allowing a late check out with no extra charge

staff was so friendly and professional- they accommodated us with an unforeseen super late check out time request

the gym and pool were awesome as well

were some kids running, playing, cursing loudly in the hallways until 3:30 in the morning, knocking on other

staff was great, they allow me to do a late check out and have me a pretty quiet room, very friendly front desk

of bed sheets which didn’t work out well for us because we wanted to use the sofa bed for my kids and we ended up sleeping on the bed together

housekeeping was rushing us out at 930 mon and we had late check out

there was a charge for early check in- we were looking to check in 4 hrs early- women at the front desk said our room was

they were so kind to my kids and even texted us when our room was ready since we arrived a little early

she was able to arrange for me to get a late check out and check my bags

the gym is very modest with only 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and a set of dumbbells (5-45 lbs, i think)

it was okay but my grandchildren and i wish they had a hot breakfast to.

the room was very clean and spacious. i also love the fact that late check out was an option.

enjoyed the outdoor dining/ entertainment area and loved that there was a bar available

i didn't have a dislike really only bigger breakfast selection maybe add grits

my kids are begging me to take them back to stay here again soon

the pool was so fun and the staff was phenomenal
