staff was friendly and respectful. even accompanied my late check out

the location and the cleanliness. also the rewards late check out option

pool hours wished it was opened ti 10pm.

kids had fun at the pool. everything we needed was in the location

it had to keep closing cause of weather so the kids was sad but safety first

staff was great, they allow me to do a late check out and have me a pretty quiet room, very friendly front desk

of bed sheets which didn’t work out well for us because we wanted to use the sofa bed for my kids and we ended up sleeping on the bed together

also the bar and food was great

we had and showed us where everything was, and security even went and got a little snack for my kids because she was talking with them

housekeeping was rushing us out at 930 mon and we had late check out

to cast own device and streaming service to tv, friendly helpful staff, early check in and late check out was no issue, location to the inner harbour, nados on the corner for dinner when

everything it was so nice clean friendly and my kids love it

the walls are a bit thin, so it felt like we were babysitting the kids next door.

pretty well i got there a little early and the manager she was really generous to let me and my kids at least check in by 2:30 so that was pretty great great staff

the air conditioning was very noisy and i had to turn it off overnight no gym available

late check out and a large room..staff was great

no pool, recreation for kids!

not much for kids to do since pool was closed

hotel is very flexible with early check-in and late check out

the rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast had everything we needed to be well fed for the morning

best breakfast i have ever had at a hotel!!

we came back from the orioles game and the whole bar area joined in singing happy birthday to me

loved the frirndly staff snf the very early check in and late check out

clothing so i had to run out and try to get coins, which were not in the hotel to put into the laundry machine

gym was terrible

the breakfast was not a good varietywe had bread and coffee and yogurt

other than breakfast, nothing.

able to get an early check in which was appreciated since my previous hotel would not give me a late check out

continental breakfast was offered every morning and the coffee was excellent

location was good wasn’t able to get up early enough to get the complimentary breakfast but the staff and room and the staff was good
