checked us in early and late check out and use of the pool till we had to catch our flight

great beach, pool, s'more and bonfire each night, and breakfast on the beach.

i needed to do a small laundry and they could arrange it for me (at no cost) to use their machine which was really great

nice welcome rum punch. iguanas at breakfast, and free kayaking

- an iguana joined us for breakfast on two occasions and a dolphin rocked up to the bay on another morning

free fishing rods were great and arts and crafts. free cold water at the pool late check out

was beautiful and very clean, and our view was a partial view which faced the pool and partial ocean view and was gorgeous

food room service menu should be expanded more

they have a nice pool in the middle and a very nice pier with an amazing view and the possibility to swim in the bay

the wifi was not great in our room and the refregirator was very noisy

loved the decor and the staff were really great about helping me with a late check out after scuba diving

it has many fun things for the kids (paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, legos on the beach, pool, hammock, fire pit, ping pong)

location was right on the water front and they let us have a late check out since we were scuba diving early in the morning

brilliant to relax but the availability of paddle boards and snorkels means kids can also be entertained

the fitness center, while small, had great equipment

clean updated room , pool and gorgeous view . kayaking there too

loved using kayaks at the facility and the on-site fitness area

we were allowed a late check out (2 hours)with no hassles at all

basically an apartment, living room kitchen downstairs, bedroom up, bathroom on both levels, right on a canal to the ocean

quiet - our room was very clean -many things you can do (rent fishing rod , go kayaking) - has a gym, the beach and a pool

we traveled with 2 kids; so we used the pull out sofa bed which was good, as well as the kitchen and room

bell boy, no food, no service at the pool, no activities, i booked and asked early check in and late check out, they said no problem, when arrived to the hotel at 2pm they said no

they accommodated an early check in and an hour later late check out

fact that on sunday we were allowed to use whatbwe paid for however unable to do late check out because the turnover was too high

i also love the flexibility of their late check out time because we were diving on their resort boat

we really appreciated the late check out so we could shower etc after the trip - a real bonus

it had a terrific, all new, beach vibe, grays and blue, beds, linens, baths, kitchen, living
