location was right on the water front and they let us have a late check out since we were scuba diving early in the morning

great pool and small private beach with loungers and adirondack chairs

my daughters enjoyed using the fitness facilities and my husband and i *loved* using the free kayaks and sups - total bonus and

we were allowed a late check out (2 hours)with no hassles at all

breakfast staff was great in allowing us to take plates to our room when our kids wouldn't drag themselves out of bed in the morning

i was impressed at the option to do your own laundry as well

gym was not available in the early morning because some captain from the marina was able to block

i went to breakfast and the food was great

the staff is very friendly and gave us early check in and late check out

there was a small, but nice pool, which we made good use of

they have a nice pool in the middle and a very nice pier with an amazing view and the possibility to swim in the bay

quiet - our room was very clean -many things you can do (rent fishing rod , go kayaking) - has a gym, the beach and a pool

the bar by the pool was amazing and the girl there provided exceptional service

we really appreciated the late check out so we could shower etc after the trip - a real bonus

i also love the flexibility of their late check out time because we were diving on their resort boat

some of the buildings needed some attention on the outside especially around the pool

i did notice roaches in my room and outside in the pool area.

i was accommodated with an early check in which was nice - since check in is not normally until 4:00 pm - very late

we asked for a late check out and they accommodated us with a couple

experience, it's our second time there, all staff was friendly and helpful, food was great, kids loved the pool am swim area

the beach area is small, but perfect for kids to play, and adults to just sit in the water

we enjoy the paddle boat, the kayak, the pool and we brought our boat so the marina was great

could have done better with breakfast, but they did say they were looking into how to provide hot breakfast

bell boy, no food, no service at the pool, no activities, i booked and asked early check in and late check out, they said no problem, when arrived to the hotel at 2pm they said no

they accommodated an early check in and an hour later late check out

fact that on sunday we were allowed to use whatbwe paid for however unable to do late check out because the turnover was too high

would not allow early check in unless we paid an early check in fee
