heard from other rooms - snoring, room service, people chatting bed was very firm wifi should be free in rooms - its 2019 people breakfast should be

whene we ask from room service by telephone we didnt get response

hotel bar said online that it was open until midnight along with the hotel employee at checkin

went to the bar and the young lady who served was awesome

my husband could have a late check out but because i stayed the night nicole held the room for him

room, free coffee and breakfast

gym was closed for no reason, no notice on the website

we did not use it but the gym room looked nice

no coins available with the reception staff to use at the laundry room

room and setup, they were very accommodating with my work schedule allowing a late check

convenient location. it has a restaurant and bar. it has a pool and jacuzzi.

everyone there were very helpful in everything you asked them. the breakfast was great also.

i loved the room, the decor, liked the pool and hot tub. restaurant food was very good.

daughter loved the pool, the hours were fantastic

nice updated gym that had a peloton bike, very cool for those of us who like to still get a little workout in

hospitalities, shuttle service,convenience from the airport to name a few.

when i asked if i could just pay a late check out fee, they told me they couldn’t accommodate that because they were all booked and

it was the worst, and believe me, when they read this, they will know and blame it on unruly kids deciding to have a halloween bash and ruin the whole night for all the paying guests, i can
