jasmine was especially fun to joke with and was very busy keeping breakfast supplied and tending to the front desk

very nice and understanding gave me a free late check out of 12:00pm

the hotel also was not enforcing masks for guest and some of the guest turned the laundry room into the private party room

had a problem last visit with staff not cooperating, re: our need for a slight late check out

the breakfast area neater would be the only improvement i could recommend

breakfast was not exciting but definitely adequate, and hey, there were 2 kinds of waffles

perfect hotel. exactly what you need. not bells or whistles. but a decent breakfast.

our room was clean and comfortable but two pieces of equipment at the small gym were either out of service completely or not fully functioning

fitness /pool areas were nice and clean

housekeeping walked in on me when i was changing and had already requested a late check out, it was absolutely embarrassing

breakfast was amazing and the location is perfect.

indoor pool, the complimentary cocktail hours, the delicious room service, the complimentary hot breakfast and the great views

breakfast staff was excellent! kind, courteous, prompt. food was fresh, hot and tasty.
