i liked that there the kitchen had plates and silverware and glasses to use

staff was friendly and no problem with very late check out and very early check in

my room was upgraded to a room with a huge spa tub

perfect location in madison, very walkable to tons of great restaurants/bars and the capitol building/farmer s market on the weekends

at the desk was so helpful the whole time, between getting rooms ready early a late check out and making sure we were charged correctly

the shuttle into the downtown area was helpful since it's a little bit of a walk, but not impossible

positives were the gym, the bar, the nice size fridge and the coffee maker

even got a free late check out so i didn't have to interrupt my son's nap
