check in and late check out were appreciated

the only thing that comes to mind is ensuring that the kitchen was stocked with enough of the appropriate items necessary for a few days stay…ie

had spa day, dinner at jacks, pool, hottub time later

the hotel was bought from the developers and access to facilities such as swimming pool gym and a short pathway across to climb mt finlayson are charged at 45 cad per

golf course was so easy to get to it was unreal

clean room and breakfast is great. they also allowed 1 hour late check out. parking is spacious.

breakfast was fabulous. staff was wonderful. pool area was enjoyable.

the amenities included a full gym, pool, hot tub and dry and steam saunas

is no bathtub in the double queen room (stand up shower only), which is a bit annoying with kids (maybe very annoying with babies)

showing us the room, the spa tub, the support we got for the netflix issue and allowing us the late check out

also the breakfast was amazing

the breakfast was so generous as well with a fusion of both asian and canadian style items

beautiful, large room, with a comfortable bed, balcony, jacuzzi, and the breakfast room was open all day

my room was upgraded and the breakfast was delicious

we registered later in evening and had nothing to eat as bar kitchen was also closed, had to go to denny's downtown

the gentleman, harj, who checked us in and subsequently tried to help give us a late checkout was professional

missed a hot tub area at little pool.

they checked us in early which was lovely and the room service staff was charming and delightful

the wifi is great, although not secure which is not unusual

we were able to check in 3 hours early and have a late check out, which made our travel plans move with ease

and unstable bed that would move too easily, no water provided in room, tried to refuse 30 minute late check out for doctors appointment which was asked several times beforehand

blackball ferry nice comfy room & bed excellent kitchen - open late - great staff restaurant & bar - well appointed - great view of the harbour excellent value for very reasonable price

breakfast and food in general was very good . pool and hot tub was nice also

it was a great room. had a complete kitchen which was a wonderful surprise. loved it !

very hard to open the window. beds are high, watch out for kids so that they don't fall down

we also appreciated that beacon hill park was literally across the street and we could run the kids in the park

the room has a kitchenette, so it makes it easier if you travel with kids

pleasantly surprised our requests for an early and late check out came through

the spa is only for massages and wellness, there’s no hot tub or sauna.

however, we did visit their bar twice for happy hour and snacks

no pool, gym, hot tub or spa if that's something you would be looking for

issue at best…first night there was a minimal amount of noise from the churchill bar which didn’t exist on the following nights…didn’t impact my sleep but if you might be

irish times bar below and across the square is outrageously loud at night, and places speakers outside

room was immaculate, modern with quality furnishings and super comfy beds

they let me do late check out at 12pm which helped us to explore the city in the morning

it was rather noisy throughout the night, laundry from the housekeepers was noisy

was all incredibly helpful and kind, the location is great, and it's a perfect place to stay with kids- while still feeling luxurious

the kitchenette was fabulous as we enjoyed most meals in our room, although the views from the 18th

again, tonight, he hung up on me when i called to ask for late check out after using a rude tone with me

the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool was warm!

allowed late check out with zero hassle, no late fee, kept housekeeping from knocking or rolling noisy

the amenities (gym, hot tub, swimming pool and laundry) always very clean

great pool. rooms very comfortable. staff very friendly. would stay again. great experience

i regret that i didn’t have more time to enjoy the other things (pool/tub etc

easily controlled ac, large deep bathtubs in the bathroom, free breakfast (just packaged items), pool and hottub downstairs, not far from downtown

we had arranged for a late check out and had the maid and front desk person knock on our door to ask us when we were

were no cups for the coffee machine, the bar fridge didn't work, there were no extra blankets and they had paper

clean, nice furniture when you walk in. pool. rooms were spacey.

they gave me a late check out that made my life exponentially easier

grab bar in tub was in a hopeless position!

bed, linens, pillows comfy and an old metal tub that kept my bath water hot :) the breakfast room attendant was wonderful: friendly and attentive

the did up a scavenger hunt for the kids and had a whole story

i am a big recycler . i had an early morning ,female employee, there tell me during breakfast ,

they offered soup in the evening and a great selection for breakfast in the morning.

there were complimentary laundry facilities which was a big plus

they have a laundry that is free for guests which was nice

they were so accommodating with early check in and late check out

staff was very friendly,they upgraded our room and allowed a late check out

the room was outstanding, and the bed was super comfortable, had more than enough towels, and the laundry room was a real added bonus

motel is good for couples or family with older kids

everything was very clean. the staff was flexible and allowed us for an early check in.
