was good with lots of options, enjoyed late check out until 12 midday

they have a jacuzzi overlooking the sea and a pool with the right temperature to enjoy in cold weather

facilities in the room meaning that you have to spend €7 every time you want a coffee through room service

breakfast was ok would expect a little more choice in fruit fresh orange juice

all was perfect, the view, the breakfast, everything.

we were happy that the staff allowed a late check out

only negative comment we have is that the gym was pretty small with only 4 weight machines and 3 cardio machines so it got a bit busy when

however , i stayed during august 2021 in marina hotel and these were provided in kitchen

spa is amazing as it should be

while the adults relax on the couches by the bar having a cocktail in the evenings, the kids can play in the dedicated play area for the kids

bulding looks like 4 stars place but the service is a 5 stars , the wifi not so good, its looks like they tryna give you good feeling overall so its good

beds could be larger and also a swimming pool would have been an amazing addition but obviously there isn’t room for one

room service food and included buffet breakfast was super delicious

they had intended to have a full spa area but uncovered archeological remains that had to be preserved and displayed

is really central, staff were really good abs they have accommodated a very late check out time on the last day which normally nobody would do(6pm)thank you

hotel has excellent facilities, room was spacious, clean and very well equiped with both mini bar and tea/coffee facilities

the pool and gym are a great addition and the staff were so helpful and friendly

they allowed late check out with no fee which was very nice of them

free wifi provided by hotel did not require any password and every time i logged into the internet , i

smart phone with citi-wide wifi, very helpful

were practically no vegetables for breakfast

kids were excited to come to cr7 as it’s a brand of ronaldo but i guess the hotel is only cashing

check out was 12pm which we thought was very generous, and i had asked if i could organise a late check out and they stretched it out to 1

with checkin and direct hotel items, but when asking for any items more concierge (car rentals, laundry etc) staff hesitant to

little bar in the room could have a few more items, like small containers of chips, crackers, or cheese

no room service, which i like to have the option of, but not a problem!

the food in the bar was not very good. the breakfast was very good.

noise at night from the bar on the street is unbearable

for some customers the absence of a swimming pool or a gym may be a downside, but an old building in the centre has it’s limits

there was no veggies/salad bar at breakfast, but if requested, it was provided.

room was immaculate and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful

my room was bigger than the pictures and there was a kitchen with fridge/store to use

we used the well-equipped kitchen for some meals

ideal location and kitchen available all day for tea coffee cakes etc.

they accommodated an early check in and a late check out, and they were able to get me my requested room

but the staff was kind, offered late check out and free breakfast to make up for the delay

early check in was not possible although this option was selected on booking

breakfast in the morning had a great variety and everything was fresh

they gave us an upgrade on arrival and let us have a late check out the next day

rooms are beautiful, breakfast was amazing with great staff. spa was very good too.

the dining rooms and bar along with the plethora of sitting rooms are remarkable

staff were amazing , pool was amazing , absolutely everything was perfect ! best place ever !
