a little bit noisy from the nearby bands and kids playing at the park buy otherwise a had a great stay
bar on first floor, bar next door (loud music to around midnight) and it's a very hectic area/
the location was in the center of everything and the restaurant and bar downstairs served good food
it would be nice if the bar and restaurant downstairs could offer some lounge chairs on the beach in exchange for buying

not only our room was upgraded, but also she let us do the late check out free of charge
accommodated all our needs including late check out for free so we can enjoy the beach until our ferry leaves
housekeeping was great to include doing laundry
laundry services on site was so convenient
christine went out of her way to be super helpful as did the cleaning staff who does laundry

was the greatest, drove us to the ferry, after allowing us a late check out

beds were a bit firm for us and the wifi was a little spotty but these were very minor and nit picky
the purple cottage were good clean and we live it nice service for the pool everthing was amazing best

called taxis for us to get around, and let us do late check out as we waited for our shuttle
and helpful breakfast fresh and tasty with fresh fruits and salad and also warm dishes the gym is as huge as it looks on the picture, quite unlikely for hotels of that standard and also well
weather was raining so didn't get to use the pool
