beds were a bit firm for us and the wifi was a little spotty but these were very minor and nit picky

pool bathroom needed to be cleaned more frequently.

the laundry facilities in our villa was very convenient and they provided the detergent

and having laundry onsite was so helpful because we came from the jungle very dirty and one of my kids caught a stomach bug so as a mom it was a relief to have the laundry in

and well equipped with washer, dryer, iron, coffee maker, laundry, and dishwasher detergent, full kitchen with all utensils, glasses, and blender

very friendly and helpful, even late check out was no problem

on top, simon did offer a late check out for free

a bit further from the ferry but still walkable and it’s above a bar so can me a bit noisy from time to time but nothing to loud

good value for money. appreciated the early check in

neighboring building has a bar that plays loud music through the night.

accommodated all our needs including late check out for free so we can enjoy the beach until our ferry leaves

not only our room was upgraded, but also she let us do the late check out free of charge

christine went out of her way to be super helpful as did the cleaning staff who does laundry

there is a daily cleaning service, change of towels , a laundry service , on site cafe providing americanos and juice

called taxis for us to get around, and let us do late check out as we waited for our shuttle

and helpful breakfast fresh and tasty with fresh fruits and salad and also warm dishes the gym is as huge as it looks on the picture, quite unlikely for hotels of that standard and also well

weather was raining so didn't get to use the pool
