we were greeted with love and respect. the breakfast was amazing. our room was beautiful!

however, i had requested late check out, and she had not bothered to look before calling my room

the gentleman said we could do a late check out, 2pm, so i wouldn’t have to rush back after i had to skate the next morning

was not as nice as rooms booked with honors points and staff was not nearly as accommodating with late check out

the only complaint from my sons were too much chlorine in the pool, where it burned their eyes.
