ran out of some items at breakfast on a saturday before 9:30am. it was packed at that time.

breakfast is beyond amazing

late check in with unexpected need for late check out; this location was very user friendly and

desk staff not pleasant and told us we do a late check out when we came and then the day off she told we could not do it anymore and completely

they let us check in early and then they let us have a late check out

we did not use the pool, but we did use the exercise room

everything the breakfast was amazing

stacy helped us check in very early which was a huge blessing, and angela provided us with a late check out

coffee available 24/7, clean room, friendly staff, fully equipped kitchen, clean hotel, gym had everything for workout, free parking

i was impressed that they were able to figure out a way to be able to still serve the morning breakfast

the full kitchen in the room.

other than pool area there's nothing for little kids to do

all club breakfast staff were fab

i had to buy candles for my room and upon returning home had to do all of my laundry from my clothes hanging in the closet because they all smelled like the room

the breakfast room service came 30 minutes late and was not hot, server said there were

seemed hotel had high occupancy, yet 24/7 room service was not available

location, nice hotel, quiet rooms even with kids running around, restaurant staff was attentive even for to-go orders

pool could use an update, but not bad.

were given a accessible room and it joined another room with noisy kids

staff were excellent and accommodated early check in and late check out as

the pool area was nice and neat and very enjoyable to swim

told housekeeping several times we had late check out and they kept banging on my door

they have late check out, 12 noon

up after breakfast past my 12:30 late check out i rushed to vacate the room when housekeeping came and told me not to worry that i

perfect location lots of activities around to keep the kids busy. great for the price

when i told them, they did not offer me any compensation for the problem, not even a late check out to wait for the hot water

breakfast, which is not to miss, clean bathroom, comfy bed and pillows

kitchen is perfect

everywhere was clean (even the parking garage) & some of our group even got to enjoy the indoor pool

available however when requested front desk they were very helpful to provide for us from the kitchen (my ice did not work in my

cute, allowed a late check out at noon

the kitchen is pretty much stocked and fully equipped

the chef’s unit has a big, open kitchen- living area.

wonderfully and was over the top nice:) bed was very comfortable, room was clean and loved the kitchenette

charming style, kitchen had everything i needed to cook including cooking oil and salt and pepper

they accommodated a request for late check out

laundry room was a bonus too as we had been traveling for a couple of days

breakfast was great. gym open. everything was perfect.
