even tracked down sun hats that we left by the pool and arranged early and late check out for us

the buffet was acceptable, the drinks were great with name brand liquor, the pools were clean and pool service was exceptional

left of the exit you get greeted by a sea of cabbies wanting your business which overwhelmed my kids, we then went through the main exit to get the shuttle which is if you continue straight ahead

harassed by taxis at the airport while waiting for shuttle which never came specially with young kids

also, the shuttle driver was 10 min late

otherwise a bit expensive for just a simple room with view of a parking lot for mexico

they accomodated our late check out by keeping our bags in a room downstairs

they accommodated late check out which in our case worked out as our flight was later in the day

i wouldn’t recommend this resort for couples or families who don’t have kids as you can’t relax and sleep in

rooms, employees, pool, beach, entertainment . the spa was phenomenal

the hotel offered us 14-days of quarantine for free after our reservation ended, which included room service three times a day

made me and my family waste an hour giving us info we didn t want like tours or going to have breakfast to another hotel

tip - if you re leaving late (our flight was at 10pm) and can t get late check out (they charge $25 per hour) ask for a

mini bar in room was not topped up daily

otherwise, the only alternatives are eating a sandwich at the bat or ordering room service

the staff were extremly friendly! breakfast was really good!

waiting staff were very attentive in the evenings but at breakfast they seemed to be less so

eva even prepared some food for me late in the evening, as there is nothing to walk to and delivery services had closed already
