massive diverse range of activities and easy to do (shuttle bus and concierge available) (+)there is a free shuttle bus to take you around the resort as required (+)of our room was beyond our expectations and the ease of getting to rafters restaurant via the shuttle bus was great (+) the spa facilities were great shuttle bus to the grill restaurant, food was lovely but water was a little on the steep side (+) there was a shuttle that was able to take us from the carpark to the hotel enterance, (+) the shuttle service to the restaurant the grill was good, friendly driver (*)was ok obviously if you want to visit the other parts of the resort its best to get the curtesy shuttle busses that are free and run frequently we had a balcony room and the views were great, we (-) we got the hotel shuttle up to the clubhouse but the restaurant was full (-) park in one of the golf car parks and get the shuttle bus it works out slightly cheaper (+) we missed the shuttle bus to our restaurant so one of the members of staff drove us there himself

i had a fabulous stay at the hotel. room service was exceptional, all staff truly superb.
