we were even able to get a late check out on the day we were leaving as our flight was late

also allowed us late check out at no extra charge which was a nice touch

we had some roadworks throughout the day so the staff immediately upgraded us to a pool view room

heated jacuzzi pool was great, gym and spa also good

problems with wifi connection near our room, that were not fully fixed after several complains

the hotel offers lots of activities for families (mini golf, mini water park, surfing, tennis, football, table tennis, basketball, teen club)

pools were heated, comparing to some other 5 star hotels, where sometimes only one pool is heated

they are reinsured and prohibit children below 120cm from using the water park

there is also a very nice activity pool with slides for kids and adults + wave pool

they offered a late check out, gratefully received

more kids activities didn’t like the no inflatable rule in the pools

they had upgraded the gym since we last stayed here, which was also accommodating, pool and sports facilities are very good

one warmish pool - the rest were freezing.
