the reception staff are very helpful the kids club staff seemed very sweet and not rude or aggressive

i chose the my favorite club option which is worth it in my opinion as the kids enjoyed jellies, marshmallows, a different selection of nuts and branded drinks which are not

after return they offered us free late check out to get a shower and rest a little
