spending almost a week at the hotel we asked for a late check out and we were told we had to pay €50

(+) we mostly were ordering dinners from the room service and it was all very nicely organised: fast, beautifully arranged and quite good (-) sadly no alchoholic mini bar in the room, but room service could be ordered 24/7 (+)room service was excellent / good food and excellent staff (+) food in decent we had room service a few times and tried 2 of the hotels restaurants (-)pools only one heated the rest were freezing , quality of food room service and restaurants very poor mcdonald s is better
