we had the room service on the first night, the meals were in cardboard boxes and we were provided with paper

no room service and no way of contacting reception - had to ring the outside number on my mobile phone

the wifi isn't the best, which is why i avoided taking the laptop this time.

late check out option is great especial for us as we had been on a works wine tasting event and

did not have the breakfast, the room was spacious, the beds was comfortable, late check out which was great, the reception let us keep our suitcase their while we had a walk

but when paying for a late check out, its usually for extra sleep time

was there for my birthday, complimentary drinks and a late check out

as an ihg platinum member of over 25 years i asked for an extra hour late check out, to be told no

arranged a late check out but each of us were telephoned and asked why we haven t checked out when were

the staff were super friendly when you rang reception on the phone for late check out, or if you requested room service

great staff, happy to accommodate an early check in. good value for money.

we ate from the vegan bar menu and the food was exceptional

the early check in is a pain at the moment and early checkout (7am) is non existent
