grateful for a late check out time

rooms are always clean , pool is a great bonus just all around always a great experience

having a gym in the facility was great

of the rooms smelled like smoke we asked for a late check out as we were going to the theatre the housekeeping staff said that was fine but the

price and the fact that it had a guest laundry room

rooms were dirty, the hallway to the room was dirty and had a smell the laundry facility was not

only complaint i have is that the parking lot wasn t properly treated after the snow hit

we had to wash our own towels when we did our laundry

was a pleasant surprise that they had some covered parking, especially handicapped, because it was raining during our stay

the gym is basic but perfectly adequate for a travel workout

made my stay very comfortable and they were so compassionate and helpful in allowing me have a late check out with the possibility of booking another night if needed

were friendly however they were unable to process a payment from my card to get change for the laundry machines

a quick breakfast bar for on the go

staff helped me find my husband’s lost car keys & also gave me a late check out for understanding i have 5yr old twins and i’m also 6 months pregnant

my dad left his room key in the gym answering the staff were quick to give him a replacement

breakfast was ok, not spectacular, regular continental breakfast, but the staff was great

i would have loved more christmas decorations. inside and outside. bar wasn’t open

the late check out time and proximity to groceries/pharmacy/hospital/coffee was perfect for my family

rooms are old, they smell like stale cigarettes, and the gym is poorly equipped

the hotel website stated there was airport shuttle service but i called the night before to find out that wasn't available

shuttle should be available additional hours

it's in a busy place and no where around to walk to - but not a problem thanks to the shuttles!
