heard from other rooms - snoring, room service, people chatting bed was very firm wifi should be free in rooms - its 2019 people breakfast should be

whene we ask from room service by telephone we didnt get response

hotel bar said online that it was open until midnight along with the hotel employee at checkin

went to the bar and the young lady who served was awesome

my husband could have a late check out but because i stayed the night nicole held the room for him

room, free coffee and breakfast

gym was closed for no reason, no notice on the website

we did not use it but the gym room looked nice

no coins available with the reception staff to use at the laundry room

we were able to get a late check out and the front desk assisted with my questions over the phone

from the front desk, the housekeeping staff and the staff in charge of the breakfast was a truly pleasurable experience

i like the late check out of 2:00 and i like the fact they worked with me to check in early

i needed a place because of a snow storm and they allowed early check in.

do wish the hotel offered something for breakfast if even just oatmeal, muffins, fruit, even coffee all day like some hotel would be great
