late check out

on sunday the kids were disappointed because there were no pancake bags for the pancake machine

room service trays were left in the corridor from my arrival on the night and were still there at

kids enjoyed our stay. lovely experience overall

hotel staff and manager did their level best serving limited good menu to room and allow the bar to be open again to room only

amazing staff - we asked for late check out due to attending a wedding later on that day, only needed to check out an hour later

the pool and jacuzzi was great; the kids and i loved it

staff very helpful especially the lady that booked me in particular the young girl on the bar friday morning

the hotel and location in general and the kids loved the pool.

bar meal was a bit small for the price but tasty enough, bar prices a bit high

only slight criticism would be that it took too long to get enough staff on the bar resulting in long lines but once resolved queues moved quickly and didn t appear to build up
