plus laundry room was out of service and i wasn’t able to wash my daughters uniform for her game the

didn t have anything to do they had a lot of cool amenities like the pool, restaurant, lounge bar and cafe that would be enough in itself to keep us busy

additionally, the speak-easy bar in the basement as well as the rooftop restaraunt to overlook the la skyline was amazing

ac wasn t working properly and the room service is not good enough for the money i paid to stay 5 days

location breakfast included friendly staff value for money late check out (12pm) as

good location and they were extremely accommodating of my late check out.

only knock was that the gym was out of order and the maintenance team did not turn up at all in my 6 day stay

continental breakfast was nice

the hotel always smelled nice with it having a spa and the included breakfast was a nice start to the day

was approved for a late check out for a fee which we loved and made the stay 10x better

when i got a late check out and my key card stopped working a staff member came and opened our door for us

i was also giving a 2 hour late check out which is more than any other late check out i have been given at other hotels
