loved the free cookies at check-in & appreciated the late check out

great location for shopping .... great sized rooms .. good pool ..

it was so clean, bar and restaurant were great and friendly

i've ever known any motel check out time it's always been 11am and at a nicer motel u can request late check out and they usually give ununtil noon, apparently this doesn't qualify as a nicer motel

stated it came with a relaxing spa, there wasn't one

everything was wonderful but every time i reserve my room the spa lights never work

i booked a king suite that was supposed to include a spa bath

was very courteous and friendly, no hesitation in upgrading us for a late check out, i would stay here again if i was going to santa anita

the receptionist wasn't helping just told me i didn't request the room service, it was out of expectation

the bar could open earlier than 5 pm.
