always beautiful , spacious, clean , late check out my go to family hotel

was great,my family enjoyed the pool and the gym

the rooms are clean and the breakfast is grwat

staff great. lovely place to have breakfast, spotless, comfortable. kelly excelled at her job.

room was really clean the bed was so comfortable breakfast kind of poor but still good

very accommodating! my flight was at 6pm and they agreed late check out at 4pm

the pool was quite cold and the doors to the outside near the pool were open letting additional cold

that worked the day shift can understand doing your job but it's how you talk to people made kids nervous and i had to get a little nasty

staff here is rude. i asked for a 30 min late check out but qas rudely turned down.

location is in walking distance to the park, falls,casino and amazing restaurants parker who checked us in was extremely friendly and

no free breakfast but u can get some food from their restaurant

would not let me get a new room tv was not working at first and i had to pay an extra $50 for a late check out even though i’m a member how insane is

but there was coffee in the lobby and the breakfast was good

was a nice moment and comfortable stay, the front desk staff is friendly with cooperative and the shuttle service was on time , after all financially it is viable in all aspects, thank you

no pool, very noisy, construction etc. it could use a better breakfast selections.

hotel is always accommodating with our requests, which is mostly a late check out after a very late night at the casino

the swimming pool was in a area with half walls, not a room to itself, no privacy

always go over and beyond with customer service especially with late check
