called a week prior inquiring about late check out

i had issue with my amtrak train. they gave me a late check out no questions asked.

clean, kitchen with full size fridge and stovetop, free washer and dryer, large hotel gym with lots of equipment, helpful and friendly staff

appreciated the late check out

we picked this location be cause his father works at saints bar and grill, right down the street

had to clean hair and something brown out of the tub and throw away a used bar of soap with hair on it

the breakfast bar only offered coffee and milk

the decorum, it having a bar in the lobby and the food accommodations.

was a small issue with our room and they were extremely which to fix it and offer us late check out to correct there

my room service was great and my room was clean and tidy

plenty of parking

unfortunately, ada parking fills up fast.

she knocked on my door and got me a late check out when i dozed off before time

the breakfast was brown bags due to covid but it is understood!

knowing that we were exhausted they gave us a late check out (noon)

i would assume rates are adjusted according to some of the ammentities that are not provided

bit disappointed that the bar and restaurant were not open when we were there over monday night -- only weekends at this

the bar could stay open later though than 10pm

the next morning we went to the front desk to confirm our late check out time of 3-4 pm and the front desk said we couldn’t do it

i know it's not the hotels falt that people can't control their kids, but the size of the pool and the number of people in it was
