tv waa the most up to date thing in the entire hotel and late check out time of 1pm was nice and unexpected compared to most hotels i've stayed at

this location does not offer late checkout and they close the common area after breakfast service so there isn't a place to

they let me have a late check out without any problems, not just an hour but i could stay 3 more hours, which was a

night clerk noticed i was coming in late and assisted with getting me another key then asked if i needed a late check out

the night i checked in i was told i could have a late check out when i asked about it in the morning i got told no and that lady was very rude

was a nice gym, but they didn't have any drinking water in it or sanitizer to clean the equipment

also i like the fact we have a late check out and a late breakfast

pool was dirty multiple times i went down for a swim and couldn't get in.

there is a lovely garden space that we did not use, but with a pool, basketball area and lounging in shade

they allowed me a late check out due to me running the marathon earlier that day

we had to go the the breaker box in the laundry area to restore power

went to wash clothes in the laundry room , the money got stuck in the machines and we had to hang clothes around the room to

free to do laundry, just bring detergent

handled all of my questions about getting to airport, late check out, pet friendly, greeted every time i walked in the door

we had breakfast everyday on the front patio, watching the streetcars, and people walking past, to which

staff, nice breakfast, nice lobby and patio, location is great

was extremely limited had nothing my kids would eat so still had to stop to get them breakfast some where else

breakfast had boiled eggs, individual cereal, juices, instant oatmeal, pastries and lots more

needed to borrow a phone charger and get late check out

love the style and the rooftop bar is beautiful

bathroom fan, the shower being a little hard to figure out and maneuver, and some noise from loud bar patrons coming down to use the elevator to the rooftop (which is currently broken)

you can enjoy a drink at the downstairs bar or take it up to your room to enjoy

we were offered complimentary late check out. room was spacious, but dated.

they also give you complimentary drink tickets for the bar and we used them both days with ease and enjoyment

hotel, we traveled with our kids, they loved the pool

the gym is clean and has towels and water

the room and service was above expectations my wife kids and parents loved every bit of our stay
