great and comfortable stay, very very nice staff. clean rooms late check out when i asked.

i did not receive the room with a kitchenette that i reserved and was placed in a different room and was not informed of anything by

the wall had scratches and the kitchen lacks cooking utensils

the location was great- close to the pool where we had a swim meet the next day.

i did not care for the menu of room service room service also got the order wrong.

the room was remodeled and nice. staff was accommodating in regards to a late check out.

was told had to wait 2-10 days then was told they kept it for late check out after i waited

the kitchen wasn't equipped with all the kitchen supplies. such as silverware.

also, the kitchen don't have an oven and almost don't have utensils (only 2 pans that i

very spacious room, big bed, kitchen included, laundry facilities.

i requested a late check out and they approved without any hesitation

the breakfast can be improved and the wifi was not so stable

i was also able to get late check out for signing up as a rewards member

pool water was cold

it is located in a quite and safe location with a lot of parking outside

the pipes for the sink were leaking making the bathroom floor a kiddie swimming pool.

parking was close by, safe, and easily accessible

the complimentary breakfast and evening kick back are worth the price of admission alone

we liked the happy hour and breakfast.
