they gave me a late check out. without me asking.

the gym was also not an option due to it being under construction

breakfast, no gym open ,or available hallway musty smells,,coffee maker useless

laundry and lift were not working

was also given a late check out when i requested for it

reception staff and bar staff were friendly and helpful

the room was very spacious, i had 4 kids with me and they were able to have fun

excellent customer service,they made me feel welcome and were very accomodating to my request for late check out

they didn't have a full breakfast but the hot chocolate was delicious so its cool lol!

i booked a junior suite for my 3 kids, which was supposed to come with a king bed and a sofa bed

the in-room bar prices were kind of outrageous and also the bar cart is not child friendly.

, was a wonderful in the city , every restaurant and bar it s close to the hotel

lady at the reception made an exception and we could have late check out

to the hotel at 9pm and was not able to check in until 2am the next morning and was not honored a late check out and still had to pay the $100 deposit this is outrageous i would appreciate to be

a room for 80 dollar per night, when i checked out, they charged me 54 dollars for one hour late check out without tell me anything about late fee penalty on my account

the kitchen wasn't equipped with all the kitchen supplies. such as silverware.

room, bed bugs, unclean towels and during my stay never changed the sheets, they said they have laundry problem

the premium upgrade that came with drinks + snacks in the room and the late check out

parking was excellent had a lot of parking spaces even with a event that was being hosted in the

staff, handy shuttle, everyone went over and above to make my stay a success - even in the middle of tropical

i loved everything!!!!! especially the late check out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

breakfast was good just wanted pancake makers for my kids. full kitchen, nice size room.

the breakfast was hot and delicious and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed

it was just my husband and i, definitely will stay with kids next visit

for all of us to be able to stay comfortably with two bedrooms and a kitchen was absolutely wonderful

requested late check out for 2pm and it was a breeze to get
