i got a late check out at 1 pm for free

breakfast buffet was awesome

were a group of kids staying for a soccer game and were very loud in the room above me

so they kindly apologize and had the woman in the laundry bring me a fresh towels

i used the lao dry facility, was granted a late check out, was given a room with a tub as requested, and took advantage of free breakfast and

i like the spacious room, pool and gym breakfast was excellent

it was super clean, staff was friendly, breakfast, pool, gym, etc.

i was also extended the courtesy of a late check out which was very nice and they were not under any obligation

we had requested a late check out which we agreed to pay an additional $50

tried to order room service and the girl told me i couldn't because they were under staffed

restaurants at the hotel a bar which was nice applebee's and mcdonald's right across the street

all my requests were met high floor,late check out & specific room assignment!

no late check out allowed on friday and saturday

it s already crowded before check in and it may be the people for the casino and not staying

there was a fire pit, heated indoor pool and gym, and ample parking

would be nice if the pool could go back to scheduling appointments

fridge was a bit too mini, and the day we had booked the pool, i felt like it should have been heated

late check out for jet lagged aussies was very welcomed

i was placed on , the other guest were too noisy, i couldn’t sleep comfortably i kept hearing kids running upstairs and the neighbors beside my room kept banging on the walls

didn't want to pay an extra $14 per person for my kids to eat half a bagel

were a couple of kids in one of the adjacent rooms that were horsing around banging the walls from 7 to 11pm the two

liked that i was able to check in early and that there was such a late check out time the following day

oh and the wifi was terrible

the wifi was terrible, just didn't work for the most part i still with my 5g

request pool towels, even after maintenance took all dirty ones she didn t replace knowing kids were in pool

i like there r rooms u can stay for the night near the pool n a bar

accommodated a late check out without any hassle or added fee

good location, very good room, clean, comfortable and modern. good parking.

parking is free, although it should be noted that it is located in the city center and on one

great rooms, very helpful staff, good location, plenty of parking

the hotel is clean and has indoor/outdoor pool, gym and water activities with kayak rentals

special events each evening for kids in the hotel lobby and great

the indoor pool was not that warm. pool room kind of chilly too.
