wifi was down for 2 days (out of a total of 4) and we were without internet connection (-)wifi coverage and slow internet (-)wifi never worked while we were there (3 days), although the staff told us the service provider was (-) particularly patricia and paul, were unhelpful and unable to assist with basic questions - the wifi was unreliable and frequently not working, which was (+)great hotel, great food, great wifi, great stuff. the best shower i have ever saw in an hotel (-)fresh fruits served at breakfast were consistently disappointing. wifi in the room was unstable (-)are terrible, old and not comfortable -wifi is not working at the rooms smoothly - the hotel team is unfriendly - rooms are a bit old and (-) we also had an issue with the wifi
