the whole hotel was clean and tidy. great to upgrade to sky though. late check out was great

have a problem staying at top floor room was on top floor but there was a note on wall of free wifi n password, i tried connect wifi few times and it didnt work wasn't picking up

was comfy, shower was good, room was clean and tidy, room service was very good and the continental breakfast good especially the homemade croissants

only get free wifi if you book directly though them otherwise you have to pay per day

the bar could be stocked better

the wifi didn t work at all which was quite upsetting for my husband as he relies on getting his

convenient location with comfortable beds. allowed us a late check out which was very helpful.

we loved the bar too

water pressure in the shower was very weak same for the spa area showers.

get the wifi to work, although to be fair had i actually gone and asked the staff they would have advised,
