there are coin operated laundry machines in the building next door that hotel guests are permitted to use

one of our party was unwell and the hotel accommodated an early check in

noisy neighbours who talked in the corridor late at night- not the fault of the hotel

there are coin laundry self service @300 meter walking distance, good for who need do laundry during the travel

gym access has to be granted separately in order for the room card to open the door

gym needs to be reserved in advance in order to use

great breakfast and i was happy to use the gym facility after a long vacation.

it was a little difficult to access the gym.

in a super-great part of madrid, which is not to say the neighborhood was without its charm), the pool was great, room was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful

limited range of food on offer in the hotel's restaurant but there was an excellent bar only a few metres away

the hotel is just across the train station and is extremely convenient for early trains the breakfast could be served earlier, 7 am was too late for me

was an overnight stop so convenient to the train station but had excellent facilities including a gym and a swimming pool which suited us
