it wasn't terrible but it was a bit of an inconvenience, on the other hand they gave us a free breakfast voucher

i ordered a few breakfast items with coffee, and stephanie assisted me when my arms were full

i checked in late, she gave me a late check out right away without me even asking

i didn't know how to pay for wifi after i chose not to buy it. i also didn't ask the staff.

at front desk was very friendly, was able to accommodate our early check in request
