was just your basic hotel but it was clean and check out was 12:00 i liked the late check out time

we arrived quite late, and she offered a late check out without our needing to ask
front desk, breakfast and facilities were clean and the people friendly.

the bathroom was very large and a late check out was accommodated.

was situated close to the theatre district in buffalo, with a basic breakfast included and guest laundry onsite as well as very friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay
