always had a welcoming smile and fixed the heating in our room and our link to the the tv wifi very efficiently and quickly

the staff were super friendly and very obliging with a late check out
we checked in late and they told us the kitchen closes at 10

here after a concert in cardiff fantastic price, free parking and train station just outside
location, staff, lovely chill bar another bar with great entertainment comfortable homely room
would have spent more money at bar if these
even though we was next to a busy road an train station also a bar down stairs we heard no noise what so ever so was able to get a great night's sleep in really

great early check in, and late check out 11oclock. didn't have to rush.
wifi was a bit hit & miss and due to the location and the building the 4g network reception was not
great communal areas, room was beautiful clean, restaurant and breakfast were both stunning
building with perfect parking
excellent facilities, great staff (angelina was incredible) great food and bar vibe (+)charming looking place, there s a very modern part of the bar, insta wall & all that, then a cosier more traditional bar room, through which we went and (+)beautiful room and so clean and comfortable, food in the bar was stunning (+) fab bar and quality breakfast (+) would love to stay here again and enjoy the cosy bar and the outside area was really smart too (-)aspect was that there was only one other couple staying that night so the dining room and bar lacked atmosphere
