arrived very late but the staff was friendly and made check-in fast and easy

i did not like the fact that the pool was closed.

called a weeks in advance and asked them if we could have an early check in if possible to make it to a wedding by a certain time, needing the room to get ready

wifi is poor in my room

wifi does not work in all of the rooms

late check out allowed us to sleep in and not feel rushed

night room service was convenient but would have liked more menu choices

of things to go do outside of the hotel, comfy bed, awesome room setup, pleasant employees and bar staff

absolutely a fantastic experience. from the check in to the late check out perfect

looks like coffee machine in the room and a number of cardio equipment in the fitness centre are lincoln’s contemporaries as well

the fitness center and atrium pool!

convenient location, nice facility for exception that fitness center was closed

they even gave us an early check in which was great

didn’t get in until 2am and they gave us a late check out

plus we was able to get early check in and late check out so that’s a major plus

the 2 nights and maid walked into our room both mornings even on the last day when i asked for a late check

adequate gym facilities

breakfast was super: well stocked, big variety, tasty

they let me have late check out because i wasn’t allowed to go to my husbands appointment at the cleveland clinic

gym was clean and breakfast was very good

the pool is currently closed but the gym is open 24 hours

clean rooms that had everything we needed including kitchen

the pool was well kept

not do late check out ; hotel turn water off did not notify us

late check out time of 2pm was awesome

total stay for 1 night and late check out was $125

all around positive experience besides the cops in parking lot all day that part makes me wonder if this location is ok but i haven't seen any

the front desk was very accommodating with allowing us a late check out and holding our luggage
