the accommodation block is recently built, clean and comfortable with ample, free parking

convenient location with comfortable beds. allowed us a late check out which was very helpful.

the pool could maybe do with a bit of a update but the kids still loved it!

comfy bed, nice room, decent breakfast, friendly staff....what more could you ask for

water pressure in the shower was very weak same for the spa area showers.

great location bar was good and good value for money

bar was card only which was a shame and i had what looked like a fake tan print smeared on the

room whilst having horrific wallpaper was immaculate with a very comfortable bed

wifi was quite slow, but not really much of a problem.

the staff were lovely, we sat in the bar with them for 2 nights and had a good laugh

never received clean towels and wifi on 3rd floor is terrible

wifi was rubbish in the hotel, didn't work in my room. shower wasn't very powerful.

decor little touches hairdryer iron kettle etc friendly staff n late check out was no problem.

a warm welcome on arrival. nice comfortably room. busy bar and quick service. again nice staff.

were fabulous so friendly and great with kids place was really clean, spacious and extremely comfortable

sweets and snacks on arrival after a long journey for the kids was a bonus

so just may not be suitable when you staying with small kids like myself and my 7 year old as it was too loud on friday night for my boy to fall asleep

the whole hotel was clean and tidy. great to upgrade to sky though. late check out was great
