the accommodation block is recently built, clean and comfortable with ample, free parking

room whilst having horrific wallpaper was immaculate with a very comfortable bed

had to go find wifi password at reception

wifi was quite slow, but not really much of a problem.

the staff were lovely, we sat in the bar with them for 2 nights and had a good laugh

was supposed to have a bath not a shower according to the pictures there was supposed to be free wifi but the password didn't work it was a massive joke then we got accused of smoking in our room

stay there a lot for work - the staff are always so friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast is great

clean room, nice complimentary drink(tea, coffee) & biscuits, options for breakfast, room service (-)no room service (-)only a room service menu in the room (-) room service is not available, you have to order at the bar and take it up (-)though select items on the room service menu are listed as available after 10pm - when i phoned down to make my order - i was (-)the bar shut for residents and there was no room service (-)room service had made a minimal tidy up of our room when we got back after a day out in hull (-) the hotel is overpriced for what it is, there is no room service and i didn't feel safe

bar facilities were excellent, free nuts, wifi and phone

decor little touches hairdryer iron kettle etc friendly staff n late check out was no problem.

the atmosphere is great and when we came back after our event the bar was rocking

the location is in a very good place as well with secure parking

convenient location with comfortable beds. allowed us a late check out which was very helpful.

the staff were so helpful and made me and my daughter feel welcome charlie sarah and tracy the gym manager were fantastic to be honest all the staff were but its the only names i remember

the breakfast was fantastic, there was nothing that i could have imagined there to eat

went for my daughters wedding everything was fantastic the breakfast was great

i enjoyed having a morning swim in the pool

the whole hotel was clean and tidy. great to upgrade to sky though. late check out was great
