as our first baseball game on sunday was not until 3 pm, they not only accommodated a late check out, but allowed us to come back between games and hang out in their air conditioned

the pool and hot tub were very clean

of breakfast items, many restaurants and stores near by, easy on and off the freeway, the kids liked the small selection of snack items to buy downstairs, refrigerator and microwave in

the breakfast was not the best. eggs tasted funny only thing i ate was french toast and a bagel.

the breakfast lady was very sweet.

liked the location and the option for late check out

after a long day of sightseeing, the spa bathtub was wonderful!

the spa tub looked a little beat up but it was clean and felt great.

on our door at 10:30 telling us to leave when checkout wasn't till 11 and i had requested a late check out

they also have a laundry room if you need to wash clothes

guest laundry has a broken washer that need to be fixed.

i appreciate how easy it is to get late check out.

ease of dealing with these folks and the kitchenette... everything worked as it should!

no kitchen as advertised for king suite, microwave was rusty, peeling inside, and dirty

remote control car to didn't work. no kitchenette,7am call for no reason... etc

the room was so nice and clean, felt super safe and they accommodated our late check out

nothing they were rude from the time we got there they were rude when we asked to have a late check out because there was so much noise on the floor all night they even overcharged

breakfast and accommodations were nice.

had to request towels at desk and only pool towels were available

pool closed at 10 be nice if later. we enjoy sitting in the breeze after dark by the pool.
